Heartwrenching and heartwarming
I read this post, and was a blubbering mess at the end. What an ordeal these two went through, and how disappointing the behavior of a few idiots can be, but thankfully they are the minority. (Via ArmyWifeToddlerMom)

Wow. I am totally speechless...you are right. I was disgusted, elated, and sad all at the same time while reading that post. My husband was injured in Iraq and thankfully, we had good experiences but I cannot imagine going through what that young man and his father went through. Thanks for sharing.
Oh my goodness. That poor guy. I can't believe all of it. I am so mad at that airline and I would have punched that lady. Thanks for posting that.
