Cool!
So apparently Prince Harry managed to fenagle a deployment anyway. I think that is pretty cool that he was allowed to deploy to Afghanistan, and has been deployed there since December, and the British media agreed not to report on it.
I love this picture of him on a patrol, because you have got to wonder what that kid would think if he knew the 3rd in line to the British throne was just walking around with a machine gun in Afghanistan.
I really like the fact that both William and Harry are serious about their military duty. I also felt a little sorry for them when I watched their interview with Matt Lauer last year, when he asked them what they would be doing if they weren't who they were: and Wiliam replied: be a helicopter pilot in the military (his uncle was a pilot, so I don't know why he is barred from this, perhaps 2nd in line is too close?)

I just finished watching the report on CNN and all of the taped footage of Harry--very cool!! The best part was his comment that things there were great until the press arrived...dirty clothes and all. What a guy. How's puppy?
Yes, he's quite a gent. I will say though, he sets an example for the children of leaders that send people to war. If the bush girls or the mccain girl would do something similar, it would be a great sign of dedication.
McCain has a son in the Marines who just returned from deployment, and his other son is currently attending the Naval Academy.
